We do not route through a third-party stack. Your interpreter is one of ours, scheduled by hand, prepped on the materials you sent, and dialed into the platform you already use.

The interpreter joins having reviewed the information you have sent for preparation.

3 days notice is preferable, but same day is an option upon availability.
The interpreter will dial back in within 60 seconds. For high-stakes settings (surgery, court), we recommend on-site.
National VRI is a call-center model: you dial in, you get whoever is on the queue. We are a small certified roster. The interpreter you see has been booked for this meeting specifically, with prep materials in hand.
